These Terms govern your access to Qingpu.ai and any related subscriptions, credits, and digital workflow services provided by Dongguan Ganguo Network Technology Co., Ltd. Product, checkout, and order details also form part of this agreement.

Service Scope Is Product-led

Subscriptions, credits, and service features are provided as described on the product, checkout, and order pages.

Billing Info Must Be Accurate

You must provide accurate billing, contact, and account information so we can fulfill orders and communicate about support or compliance issues.

No Abuse or Unauthorized Resale

You may not misuse the service, infringe third-party rights, reverse engineer restricted features, or resell access without written approval.

Operational Changes May Happen

We may update features, pricing, or service terms for operational, legal, or security reasons, and material changes will be reflected on the site.

1. Service Scope

Qingpu.ai provides product subscriptions, software workflow tools, usage credits, and related support services. Access, features, and delivery timing depend on the specific product description, checkout terms, and order confirmation presented at the time of purchase.

2. Account and Order

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing truthful and current information, and ensuring that payment and contact details are valid. We may suspend or refuse service where fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or legal compliance concerns arise.

3. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe intellectual property rights, to interfere with the platform, to bypass access controls, or to resell or redistribute paid access unless we have expressly authorized it in writing.

4. Payment and Refund

Payments are charged at checkout. Because the products are physical, refunds are limited to the situations described in our Refund Policy, including duplicate charges, non-delivery, qualifying unused purchases, or verified material defects. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.

5. Change and Suspension

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, supplier changes, or product improvement. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
